Jack documents the stories of the Island Institute’s work across media platforms including photography, videography, and the written word. His work is featured across the organization’s online, digital, and printed materials. He is also a contributor and the photo editor for the Island Journal.
Jack was raised in Maine and graduated from The University of Maine in Orono with a focus in documentary film. He is also skilled in video editing, audio production, and graphic design. When he’s not telling the stories of the coast of Maine, he can be heard on the radio, as he is a volunteer music show host on WERU 89.9FM.
Jack lives in his little house in Waldoboro with his two cats, Greg and Maude.
