Candy Perry is the Island Institute’s Database Coordinator. She is a member of the Program Impact Team and serves as a key technical resource to the Philanthropy Team.

Candy has extensive experience in database management, previously at Maine Natural Health in Warren, and she used to be the Office Manager and Manuscript Editor at Picton Press in Rockland. She also maintains her own publishing services, Coveside Publishing Services, specializing in genealogical and historical books.  In her personal time, Candy enjoys the great Maine outdoors and spends time hiking, biking, kayaking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. She also volunteers at the Pope Memorial Humane Society in Thomaston. She lives in Owls Head with her husband, Richard.
