Aimee serves as Island Institute’s Operations Manager and administers our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. As part of the Programs Impact team she is responsible for staff training and database design, and she works across the organization to help staff and teams navigate the system infrastructure and ensure effective outreach, communications, reporting and analysis to partners, donors, and other supporters.
A native of Greenville, Maine, Aimee’s love of islands first began in this small town nestled at the base of Moosehead Lake. After earning her BS in Hospitality Administration from Boston University, she embarked on a westward journey that combined her career in hospitality and love of adventure. Her professional experience encompasses a variety of management roles, most recently at a small winery and goat creamery in Northern California.
