About this Event:
The evening will feature a curated menu showcasing locally farmed scallops, alongside lively conversation with scallop farmers and Island Institute staff about sustainable aquaculture, Maine’s working waterfronts, and Island Institute’s work in the community.
Special guests include Marsden Brewer, Bobby Brewer, and Christina Brewer of PenBay Farm Scallops, and Marnie Crowell, co-author with Marsden of Farmed Sea Scallop Cookbook: A Guide to Whole Sea Scallops Sustainably Harvested.
Tickets are $250 per person, which includes a cocktail hour and multi-course dinner with wine. Additional à la carte beverages will be available for purchase.
