Nancy Carter

Nancy is responsible for advancing the Institute's mission in the areas of publications, grants coordination, public relations/communications and the organizational websites. She also provides oversight for aspects of the Institute's development efforts. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Regis University, Nancy moved to midcoast Maine from Colorado in 2004.
