Please join us at the FREE workshop in your region for COASTAL ACCESS conversations focusing on:
Progress Made - featuring successful regional Working Waterfront Access Pilot Program and Current Use Taxation model projects.
New Information and Tools - summary from UM Law School attorney on innovative legal tools to address coastal access issues and introduction to a new interactive web site sharing these tools.
New Directions for the Future - overview of recent strategic planning by the Working Waterfront Coalition and an opportunity to respond to ideas for new initiatives.
A light meal will be served.
The workshops will take place in these three locations:
- Southern Maine at the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve auditorium, Wells on September 23 from 4-8 pm
- Midcoast at the Darling Marine Center, Walpole on October 1 from 4-8 pm
- Downeast at the University of Maine Machias, Machais on October 7 from 4-8 pm
