This two-day training will include workshops to test new tools, the opportunity to build networks with housing professionals and funders, and the chance to participate in a demonstration of a housing design charrette led by Maine Sea Grant.

What is ILEAD Housing?
ILEAD is designed to bring leaders and volunteers together to learn from each other, hear from experts in the field, and create professional peer-to-peer networks. This program will help participants gather information and tools to use as they work to create sustainable and workforce housing, grapple with difficult questions, and innovate for the future.
Who Should Attend?
This training is designed for anyone working on affordable, workforce, or sustainable housing, including municipal officials, staff, and committee members, community organizations, nonprofits, real estate professionals, architects, volunteers, etc.
Cost and Accommodations
$25 registration fee includes:
- Two days of conference attendance
- Breakfast and lunch both days

Rooms will be held at the Rockland Harbor Hotel, 520 Main Street in Rockland, for conference participants. It will be the responsibility of individual participants to book and pay for accommodations should they need them.
