This two-day training will include workshops on digitization, multimedia exhibitions held by industry experts, as well as a behind-the-scenes tour of the Maine State Historical Society, followed by a keynote presentation from Earle Shettleworth, the Maine State Historian.

What is ILEAD Historical Societies?
ILEAD is designed to bring historical society leaders and volunteers together to learn from each other, hear from experts in the field, and create professional peer-to peer-networks. This program will help participants gather information and tools to use as they work in their historical societies to grapple with difficult questions and innovate for the future.
